Air conditioner was blowing cold air but while driving it started blowing warm. There was no indication that there was a mechanical failure such as smoke or loud screeching sound. There are no indications that the compressor has stopped working. Refrigerant is also full. This makes me believe that possibly a sensor or some other issue is responsible. Have been trying to find a schematic diagram but I have not been able to locate one yet.

It could be as simple as a fuse, or your controller. Try to cycle the controller between warm and cold several times. If the controller blows out hot air when situated on hot, and hot air situated on cold, the controller has gone bad. ---- Next check the fuse panel, make sure the fuse that controls your air-compressor is not blown. If it is, take it to a certified dealer and have them test for grounding issues.

"full" refrigerant is the kind of scary part, remember from my room air conditioner repair days that the amount of refrigerant is critical...too much and the condenser becomes out of balance with the evaporator...quite sure that nothing has changed and if it is overfull, will not work properly~

if yours has the climate control then im pretty sure theres a small vent on the front lower right hand side below the temp controls and it sometimes get muck in, that is the temp sensor.
