Window and door won’t work on 2004.5 Volvo S40 T5

Hey guys. I recently bought a 2004.5 Volvo S40 T5
and the passenger rear door won’t work. It won’t
lock/unlock and the window won’t go down. I was
wondering why this could be? I researched it and
people are saying it’s the actuator but the window
needs to go down for that. I haven’t checked the
fuses yet either.

Hey man check on your door there should be a safety lock for kids if it is green press the button if you did not already figure this out.
