1999 c70 won't turn over any help here

Wrecked end the front now it wasn't turn over
starter not engaged anybody can help me an my
anti theif light isn't working on the dash but is on
the radio

The anti-theft light on the radio is not the car's security system. That flashing just indicates that the radio is off. When you say the starter isn't engaging, do you hear anything? Is there a click, or do you see the interior lights dim a little bit?
