Are 1995 Volvo 850 parts interchangeable with 19997 Volvo 850 parts

My 1997 Volvo 850 started leaving oil real bad. It's
got over 300000 on it. I found a 1995 Volvo 850 for
a good price. I was wondering if I could strip the
good parts off my 97 850 and maybe use this as
spare parts in the future just incase I need them?
