I have a bearing sound/rattle and squeak daily for 5 mins after cold start when engine revved.

hello, peter here. my 850 t5 has very low miles and runs very nicely, but i have this noise.
only from cold start. belts, pulleys and tensioners have been changed and noise still
occurring. volvo specialist changed belts, concerned that they may not have replaced the
parts i can't see. i replaced the aux belt tensioner myself.they are saying it might be the
pcv, doesn't sound right to me. any ideas please?
