l can find my keys for my 2006 gto. will my 3rd key without remote start car and open door

it will start and run the car like normal. i once had a valet key that was like that.

If it's a valet key it will only run it a short time, then the ATM will shut the car off. Eventually you will probably want to get a new transponder master key, your manual will have the procedure for resetting the ATM to accept a new master key.
