What is cost if fuse box needs to be replaced and does that sound like problem?

Car sometimes won't start. 5 days now in shop. Thinking replace fuse box. All else
seems fine. They can't seem to figure out. Looking for something that is draining new
battery. Starts right up when charged. Any ideas. Just bought 2 months ago.
