Feels like the cailper is sticking

When it first happened it felt like the brake wouldn't
release. But I change the caliper and it still like it's
sticking. Could it be that I tighten the mounting
bolts to tight where it does give room between the
brake pads and rotors? It's the self adjusting kind.

So you say sticking...the wheel locks up? from the new caliper? And no it would not be from over tightening. More than likely it is the brake hose running to the caliper. They will deteriorate and collapse internally.
It had fluid coming out of it. It also sounds like the brake is constantly rubbing the rotor.
The brake pads will continuously rub against the brake rotor, what is important is that it is not locked up. Fluid coming out means you bled the caliper. So my question is does the wheel spin freely?
With car lifted apply the brakes and release them. Check to see if wheel is still being held by brake pads.(try to roll wheel). If it is then remove the rubber brake hose from the metal line on fender assembly(not back of caliper). Wheel still locked up? If so now remove the hose from the back of the caliper. Wheel now spin freely? If so replace the hose. These hoses tend to collapse internally not allowing the pressure to bleed off of brakes properly. If nothing changes while doing these things I would then consider checking your wheel bearings.
