Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have 2006 Tuscon Hyundai with 53,000 miles. I have a whistling sound only in idle or deceleration, once I start to go faster the noise disappears.

It's more predominant in the summer than winter.

Can anyone help me understand the problem?
Thank you,
