You need to do a fuel bleed down test. Hook up a fuel pressure gauge to the Schrader valve on the intake, cycle the key on, off until fuel pressure builds up, (it should be 56 to 63 lbs.) then have the key off and watch the fuel pressure gauge to see how far it drops. It should not drop more than 5 lbs in 3 min. If it does, then you have leaky fuel injectors, spider lines, and regulator, maybe not all at once but doesn't matter, all would have to be replaced as a hole unit.
