I am selling 2006 Nissan sentra 1.8 s , single owner. Excellent condition, 54k low miles. Selling location columbus Ohio. Is $7000 fair value?

I'd say it is OK, but would probably start a little higher since people are going to want to talk you down... ask 7500-8000 and you might get lucky and make the extra $$ or on the flip side, if someone wants to 'make a deal' then you have wiggle room to drop to the 7k...
