sounds suspicious to me- anytime someone who represents themselves as "professional" resorts to guessin' I have to start wonderin'- and it's a "grinding" sound- hmmmmmmm

My dad told and taught me alot of things as I was growing up.One of the things he said was"I will by you that car BUTT you have to take care of it,and learn the basics like, fluids, battery oil and oil changes, ect, and when your not doing anything go hangout at GARYS shop and watch and learn something so you can do some repairs if needed,AND NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR INTO THE DEALERSHIP to get a repair".Iam sorry you took your vehicle to the dealership. Most times that is not a good Idea as you just found out.Go back to the dealership and have them show you that the CALIPER is making that noise(they have to show you if you ask) I really doubt the caliper is your problem.Have them find the problem and fix it at no charge since they tried to fix 3 weeks ago.If they say no,you need to ask them for their DISTRICT MANAGERS PHON NUMBER!!You demand it and you should get it.Its ashame we cant trust a dealership for trusted repairs, but why should they when they know HOW to RIPP OFF the public.GOOD LUCK!!!!!

I took my car to a brake shop. They put front and rear brakes on. The squealing noise was still present. I took it to Nissan they sanded the pads and put stop squeak. It started back by the end of the day. I went to another shop they said I needed to replace my front pads again, calipers and rotors were warped from the calipers not releasing. I smelled the brakes that's why I went to the shop. Long story short. My brakes still squeak and I'm out of $800 and my brakes don't feel safe. They go to the floor and feel spongy.

I replaced the brake pads and rotors after three months of waiting for the noise to go away because I was told that sometimes the pads needs to wear down after a thousand miles. I drove 5000 in three months. Brakes were burning away and warped the rotors. The last shop showed them to me.
