Panic Alarm going off in a 2006 nissan pathfinder

I brought a new battery for a nissan pathfinder and
connected the negative cable and the panic alarm
went off. What do i need to do to rest it.

Obviously u don't have the keyless entry remote to reset it. Disconnect negative battery cable for 10 seconds, before reconnecting it, turn ur ignition switch to on position, now connect battery and it should de activate it
