My blower motor stops, windows don't work and brake light comes on intermittently - could it be related to ignition starter?

Sometimes the blower motor stops and at the same time power windows do not work and
brake light comes on.  They will be off a few minutes then all start working again at same
time.  Could it have to do with the ignition switch?

Yes. malibu ignitions are bad for doing this,change ignition swicth.
