beeping sound come from the panel

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Everytime we turn on our miata we get series of beeps from the control panel area.
They stop after 2mins. Then I notice on road trip they started up again after,again during the drive time  lasting 2 mins or less. My hubby just rebuilt the engine and its our baby likes to go!! Beeps are driving us crazy.. all instrument light are off and all gages are normal

okey beeping sound located. warning lights on dash panel were missing bulbs. got them in, now the warning light on bags won't turn off. is there a reset botton hubby push??
