Taking door panels off

Could someone provide the step by step instructions on removing the inner door panels?

fairly simple really its held on with plastic snaps, stick a finger at the edge of the door (pick any edge but the top) and pull it away from the door, dont use too much force, once they are off pull upwards as there are some that are vertical too keep it from moving. bear in mind that you will also need to remove the inner door handle ring (1 screw behind door handle) and the arm rest (3 screws, 2 under and 1 in that rectangle

How do i release the inner door handle, I removed the screw but the handle does not release.
