I am retired and on a fixed income is this a good car for a person that only drives 200 miles a year

retired on fixed income is this a good car for a person that droves only 200 miles a year are repairs reasonable.

200 miles a year? I would not buy a VW as they are not as reliable as a Toyota or Honda. If you drive that little you will need a battery tender and a place to plug it in. You should consider renting a car for the few times you use one.
