4 Cylinders Misfiring, Engine Codes P0301-P0304

I have a 2003 VW Passat and I just received information about all 4 of my engine
cylinders misfiring.  Error codes P0301-P0304.

Exactly1 year ago I replaced all 4 ignition coils and 4 spark plugs and now I am having
this issue.  The engine light starts to flash and it sputters after a few minutes of being
on.  It has 160,000 miles and I am trying to decide whether its worth repairing again.
Hoping for any insight anyone has related to this issue.

clean your maf and the problem will most liekly go away. Dirty sensors can cause alot of issues in a computer driven vehicle.

I’m having the exact same problem. Already cleaned my MAF. Is there any other advice out there?

My daughter has a 2000 Passat and when she hits about 70-75, the engine bucks and the code reader says "Cylinder 2 Misfire". Up until those speeds, the engine is fine. Could it be the MAF giving trouble when the engine load hits that 70mph point? Thank you!
