I just replaced my battery 4 weeks ago, I used my car to run an errand, now it wont turn on at all.

Make sure your battery cables are clean and tight. And have your alternator tested. Jump start it and put a voltmeter on your battery, if you have 14 to 16 volts while its running then the alt is fine and you may have an electrical drain and you may need more help to figure that out
