My 2002 Beetle Diesel Wont Start At All

I Checked If It Where The  Glow Plugs, Relay Or The 109 Fuse And Everything Was Fine...... Dont KNow What Else To Say Other Than Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you will need to read the codes, or give 12v+ manually to the glow plugs to start it. there are many reasons for the car not to start. the glow plugs do not work unless the ambient temp is less than 5Celsius i think like 40Farenheit. anything else that i can help you just ask
