go to www.nadaguides.com and plug in the information for the car. Understand that NO DEALER ever pays more than average trade-in value for a vehicle. If you offer $500-$1000 over that and they don't deal with you...leave. 200K miles is a long way...there will be maintenance issues with the vehicle...factor that into your offer.
