why won't my lt start all the time' sometimes it starts right away and other times it needs to be started with other battery

my tahoo won't start all the time. it is not the fuel but the vehichile will start on its own and other times it won't start without a jump

Have the battery load tested,if it is good check the alternator,may be low amperage in battery causing the no crank issue.

Check battery cables for corrosion and to make sure they're tight, otherwise they won't charge ur battery even if u have a good alternator
