06 Jetta 2.5 Intermittant fast idle with p0171 p2279 and p0507 codes returning after replacing valve cover and oil filter housing.... and runs rough at times

Found the problem. Found a faulty purge flow solenoid causing a massive internal vacuum leak whick in turn caused the fast idle and lean codes....

Low voltage coming from my car causing three error codes Po 413,p2257 and p2401, where do I check to fix this problem. All fuse are good
