My 1999 Tahoe has started running rich, fowling plugs, very sluggish for the
first 2 or 3 minutes. Any ideas???
May have a bad O2 sensor. That is used to lean out the mixture.

Changed out the two on the engine. The Cat sensor has been cut off. Any ideas???
