Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi my 99 Chevy Tahoe won't start. It was driving
fine and then steering wheel hot stiff and hard to
pull to side of road. Radio and dash lights were still
on but motor turned off.put it in park then tried
turning on, but nothing. Then after a few times of
trying my battery died so I put new  battery in,
nothing had to tow home.

It's cranks over but won't start. I checked the fuel pressure under hood nothing comes out. I saw some where it can be the coolant sensor
