My 2000 VW Jetta TDI doesn't have enough power

I have 2000 Vw Jetta TDI but recently the car started to be so slow, it doesnt
have power and It wont accelerate.
No engine light is on,no smoke, I can hear the turbo is working.
Any idea what the problem might be.Also where I can find detail diagram of
the engine and the turbocharger with description of the parts?

Check your boost controller. Does it act like it's gonna take off then fall on its face while accelerating

I have a 2000 Jetta as well and it has to warm up before moving and now I have to give it a gas to make it go.. low fluid or bad transmission?? Just your opinion
