any idea why my car wont start

my car was running really rough so i hooked up the carMD vehicle health system to my car and it gave me code reading P0301. so i put a new ignition coil and new spark plugs in it and it started and ran fine all Sunday night. on Monday morning it started fine and i drove to work after work i hoped in my car to drive home and it would'nt turn over. i checked to ,make sure the wires werent lose they werent and i checked if i was getting spark and it was. now im at a lose any ideas?

just the sound of starting the car but not turning over. like its getting no fuel. also can you clean multi port injectors and so how?

have you noticed any oil on the spark plugs that you've removed? because if yes, then oil is leaking from inside the valve cover into your spark plugs preventing them from sparking

also, if you have an oil leak, check your dipstick to see if you have water beads on it. it'll be bad news((
