Ignition, main fuse, or poor battery connection ignitions are almost always the simple cause of such issues. Start w the basics, fuses. If this issue has gotten progressively worse ignition is likley, the part is 50.00 ish before tax and isnt particularly difficult Allene wrenches and torx are the only special tools needed pay close attention to details and take your time some column parts break easy and are spendy, the electrical part is in the back of the lock cylinder and has a small Allen screw dont lose it, it is a Jesus screw (plink) Jesus whered that screw go?
