how to get my fans t tun on when i turn car on?

So when i turn on my car the fans dont kick on. the fan switch wires need replacing but dnt know how to. it has been over heating but the heat and the a/c still works. i have no clue how to fix the fan problem.

What fans are you referring to? Your radiator fan or your internal heater fan?
