How do you install a new stereo?

Some of the wires are beigh .. i don't really understand them. I use to install my own stero to my others cars.. but this one are very diferent!

the easiest way to install and aftermarket stereo is to get a plug and play kit specifically for you car and to make it eaiser if you have a sony deck you can go to Circut City and buy a wire kit that plugs in to your factory harness then directly in to the back of the deck
