not being smart,butif you have never done this job befor ,take to a mechanic you trust,this can be a complated job.

You're going to need a manual, at the very least. There is a large amount of disassembly involved and a lot of very necessary torque specs and critical measurements of the head and block surface which should be taken to insure that the repair is a success. I'd suggest taking it to a mechanic.
