Your car is a 96 and may not be worth the money to dump into it. Remove weight from the car, add a new performance muffler system would be an inexpensive way to add horsepower and speed. You could add a blower but you are looking at a few thousand dollars. I would save your pennies and buy a newer car with more horsepower...
