Milky oil cap

My oil cap is growing some milk and i just did the
oil change a month ago ... I checked the coolant
and is not missing any i also check the dipstick and
the oil shows pretty clean. But my thermostat is
gone...could it be related????

strange someone would remove the stat unless the car had an overheating problem that they couldn't fix. might want to explore that problem a little bit too.
