i have a VW golf III 1993 gasoline 1931cc...i dont understand i doesnt work good...like it has not enough power .. help

Start with the easy stuff, plugs, wires, filters and fluids. Check timing and battery capacity. Older cars can suffer from clogged injectors and CAT converters as well...all of these can effect performance. Time to get your hands dirty. Get a good manual (book) and start learning your VW.
