Volks Cabrio Karman 1991, Radio problem. How to get the front speaker working???

Hi! i try to change my volks radio for a pioneer radio, No problem with the rear wiring but
for the front i only get the tweeter working. In this model, the front tweeter and the speaker
are separate in the door. Someone know the tricks??

try and jump it before the cross over..take a good picture..to save time and add it here if you have not finished yet.

Someones try before me somes years before i bought the car. i just have some cable cut and tape :S
