radio and interior door lock buttons do not work

just bought this car, runs great but radio will not come on nor will the power lock buttons
in the door work.  checked fuses, all seem to be fine.  any suggestions?

Insufficient ground...clean the black 1/0 cable from the battery to the chassis ground....get 'em nice and clean with a wirebrush ---take the bolt off wirebrush the territory where the lug bolts...wirebrush the lug....get a brand NEW battery~
