Will the passenger side window regulator from a 2001 VW Cabrio fit a 2000 Carbrio

95 to 2002 all the same, but i dont recomend used regulators they dont last and 9 times out of 10 there already broke b4 installing, advanced auto parts sells new for about a 100 bucks, but id check VW first to see what there price is oe is always better

I have a 1995 VW Cabrio. While driving the car hestitates and when I came to a complete stop the car died. Tried restarting, starter was turning, but car would not start. After sitting for 20 minutes, car started, but was hesitating and check engine light would come on. When giving it gas the check engine light would go off. Put a scanner on it, but could not read as check engine light was off. HELP
