my convertible top wont go up on its own

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

the top is new and the motor is running but it doesnt open or close the top. what could be some things to look for to solve this problem??

try to change the motor for the top. it might work, if not just return the motor and post another question on how it went and ill answer it.

Is your emergency brake on? It will not go up or down without the brake on
