Ive taken my 99 z3 2.3 to have it scanned,( dsc and abs lights are on ). The bmw garage says that the scanner will not communicate with the abs/dsc module. Has anyone had this issue?

Ive checked all fuses except fuse #49 which seems impossible to find. Is it a faulty module?
