Bmw M5 e60 headlight problems

When driving around with my light it seems to
be on full beam but not
My lights are shining Ling distance and
blinding people but high beam is not on,
Had levels checked and ok

I thinks it is that my headlights are on full beam all the time and not returning to the low beam position

Had it check by to mot centres and they are at the right level but are Projecting to fat door the road that way I said it’s like been stuck on full beam
