It's a brand new fuel pump could it be the Cole pack

It could be,but a lot of new fuel pump,s are bad when you get them,usually coil pack just go,s out,or you have missfire,im leaning toward the new pump being bad,if car run,s good when it is running.

You might check the fuel pump relay,it may be bad,but if not check the pump.
