Pressure tested was done on radiator. The heater core was not checked. No leaks on the ground at all. We replaced the oil cooler the water did not mix with the water at all

What I noticed is that when I put my finger in the exhaust I find a little water but no dripping our mechanic recommend that we use a head and block sealant as he cannot find any issues surely the water is going somewhere
