I have a 1989 toyota celica gts and i dont have heat in the car. The guy before who owned the car said he didnt want the heater cause it removed horsepower. where should I start to find the solution.

Pervious owner was an idiot. He either bypassrd the heater core or removed it altogether.

Pobably connected the hoses that go to the heater core to each other
