1986 toyota celica overheating coolant coming out of top of overflow

found radiator leaking  
replaced  radiator   still  over  heats

Does it only over heat while setting still and cools down while driving?

If only at idle. Is your fan coming on? If anytime driving or at idle . How long since you replaced water pump? Also inspect large radiator hoses to In sure they are not collapsing. Old hose can collapse not allowing the coolant to flow freely.
