I had motors changed out and they're not looking

According the Wiki, they are different. Same size though at 4.3L. The 1999 used a Vortex 4300 L35 and the 2002 used a Vortex 4300 LU3. The biggest change in the new engine was the use of the Multi port fuel injection mounted at each intake port. Both engines had the same HP. Is it running correctly? Did the shop use the wiring harness from the older engine?
