My dad owns a 1999 Chevy blazer v6 4.3
and we are having trouble when we tried
to start it would not crank and hear a
clicking noise we clean the battery
cables we put them back and tried again
nothing still clicking help

The battery could be dead. The starter could be bad, or the wires to the starter could be loose or corroded.
