Ecm 1 fuse blowing

As soon  as I turn the key on my 1999 s10 blazer
the ecm 1 fuse blows what could cause this? Plugs
cap rotor wires and crankshaft sensor have all
been replace.

Begin by checking the OBDII connector also know as the J1962 port, make sure all wires and pins are Ok, make sure pin 16 is not grounding out.
