Have a very old toyota camry going on 293,000. Becoming a money pit, but it has one problem I have been trying to fix. I recently replaced the fuel pump and filter and had a minor tune p but it is stil a slightly jumpy ride and when I idle I need to put it in neutral to ease what seems to feel like missing or jumpy idle. I am wondering if it might be a lose belt or the spark plugs were not installed properly or the fuel pump might not be sending enough gas or maybe there is water in the gas tank ....anyone see an easy fix?

Does the car engine smoothly run when going at speed down the highway? Is the idle the only issue?

I feel it less when on the highway but mostly when idling and it gets better when in neutral
