I TURN OFF CAMRY 1987 NOW WONT START I CHANGE FUEL PUMP FUEL FILTER IGNITION CAP AND ROTOR ALSO SPRAY STARTER FLUID INSIDE THE MASS FLOW  ALL I GET IS SPARK PLUG SOAK OFF  GAS I DRY THEM AND THEY GET SOAK AGAIN ,PLEASE HELP WITH ANY IDEA

Engine might be over fueling. check fuel pressure regulator.
