Make sure it was taken care of. Also, if you have a budget don't buy a Mercedes!
I would buy the CLS in a heartbeat. I owned a 2006 CLS55 and really no problems. It is based off the E-Class, which a 2006 is a mid life the E but new body for CLS. I would get a 2007-2009 though.
I like to buy a CLS, I heard bad things about it. Anybody has any experience?
